About ZX Constructions
Design and build around the life inside.
ZX Constructions is the residential and workplace design-and-build practice presented by ZX Consultants LLP.
Homes and workplaces need different conversations.
For a home, we begin with the people who will live there: their routines, priorities, site and current project stage. From there, we define the design, responsibilities, consultant inputs, scope, commercial assumptions and the decisions needed to move forward.
For a workplace, the questions change. Our corporate-interiors route is built for facilities, operations and business teams, with reality capture and BIM coordination available where they make the project clearer.
Whether the work is a focused renovation or a complete design-and-build appointment, the aim is the same: a practical brief, coordinated decisions, visible site progress and a useful handover.

A clear project does not need to begin with a finished brief.
