Residential record

Status before spectacle.

Every named project states what kind of record it is. No generated home is shown as completed work and no design study is presented as construction.

Approved project photographs, drawings and outcomes are attached only to the project they actually document.

Design, planning and detail studies.

How to read the status

Renovation reference

A renovation source record. Sobha City includes six approved photographs, while a private appointment defines the intended scope; other material appears only when its source and permission are clear.

Design development

The brief is being developed. It is not an issued-for-construction or completed-home claim.

Planning study

The entry tests a site and residential brief. Approval, price and construction remain unconfirmed.

Detail study

The entry explores a defined element. Installation and final performance are not claimed.

Add the next record correctly

Photographs need a project name, date and status.

When approved source material is available, it can be attached to a factual case page without turning a study into a completion claim.
